• What we are is both everything and nothing simultaneously - Adyashanti

I went through yesterday's blog of Isabella Padovani, Communification . It's a wonder that I invite you to discover.

She has including an online translation of an amendment page of the second book Adyashanti: The end of your world. It seemed important to share this information on Impersonal Enlightenment. She is thanked.

Awakening established and non-arousal established
From "The End of Your World" (The end Your World) of Adyashanti

Note: This book was published in French by Editions Ariane, but I noticed in this translation of such cons-sense and taken liberties with the original, by fidelity to the teaching of Adyashanti, I preferred to completely re-translate the English version of the excerpts that I posted on this blog.

As I mentioned earlier, the experience of enlightenment can be just a preview, or it may extend over time. Some will object then as if awakening is momentary, while not a true awakening. Some believe that when true awakening, your perception opens up the true nature of things and nature never closes.

I can understand that perspective, since ultimately the whole spiritual quest leads us to enlightenment finalized. The complete enlightenment simply means that we see constantly from the perspective of the Spirit, that of uniqueness.

awake From this perspective, no separation exists nowhere, nor in the world, nor in the universe, nor in all the universe. The truth is everywhere and nowhere, constantly, in all sizes, for all beings.
It is a truth that is the source of everything that will ever be experienced - in life after life, in this dimension or any other. From the perspective of the ultimate, literally anything - be it in a higher dimension or less, here and there, yesterday, today or tomorrow - is a manifestation of the Spirit. It is the Spirit himself awake.

So ultimately, the path on which every being, he knows it or not, is a path to full enlightenment - to a full cognition towards full experiential knowledge of what it is, towards unity, towards unity. But the moment of awakening may or may not induce permanent vision.

As I said, some people will tell you that unless permanent arousal is not authentic. What I saw as a teacher is the person who has a momentary glimpse beyond the veil of duality and one with a permanent realization, "established", see and experience the same thing. The first saw it momentarily, the other continually experimenting. But what is experienced, if it is authentic awakening, is the same: all is one and we are not a particular thing or person locatable in a particular place And what we are is both everything and nothing simultaneously.

Thus, as I see it is irrelevant that the awakening is the temporary or permanent. This is important in the sense that there is a path - no heart will be filled as fully collect from the perspective of the truth will not be sustainable - but what is seen is an awakening, he sustainable or not.

This overview arousal, which I call awakening unsuccessful, becoming increasingly common. Sometimes for a moment, one afternoon, one day a week - maybe a month or two. Consciousness opens, the feeling of a separate me fades, and then, like a camera lens, consciousness closes. Suddenly, the person who had previously received a true non-duality, a real uniqueness, is surprisingly back in the dual perception of the "dream state". In the dream state, we return to our sense of an ego - in a limited sense of being isolated.
The good news is that once the clear has occurred, the opening of our consciousness never closes completely. It may seem to have completely closed, but it is never completely. The depths of your being, you never forget. Even if you do qu'entraperçu reality for a moment, something in you is forever changed.
The reality is nuclear and is incredibly powerful. She is gifted with incredible power. People can live a flash of reality into a fraction of a second and the energy and strength that will take them change their lives.
A moment of enlightenment is to begin dissolving the false sense of self and, subsequently, that of our entire perception of the world.

• My advice from the heart - Longchen Rabjam

Whatever thoughts arise, it is important to stare at them.

When we get together at a clear understanding of mind, it is important to remain there.

Although there is nothing to think it is important to think so.

Always be careful is my advice from the heart.

• No words can express the joy of this moment - Bassui Tokusho

Do not prevent thoughts arise, and do not attach to those that have arisen. Let them come and go as they please, do not fight.
Just as you ask with all my heart and relentlessly: "What my own spirit? "
I emphasize this because I want to lead you to self-realization. If you persist in trying to understand with the intellect that is beyond the realm of the intellect, you are condemned to reach an impasse totally disappointing. But go further. Sitting, standing, at work or sleeping, probe relentlessly depths of your ego with the question "What my own spirit? "
Fear nothing other than missing the experience of your true nature. That is the Zen practice.
When intensive interrogation envelop every inch of your being and penetrate deep in the background, the question suddenly explode and substance of the Buddha's mind will be revealed just like a mirror at the bottom of a box offers its reflection once the box is opened. The brightness of spirit that illuminates every corner of a world free of imperfection ... No words can express the joy of this moment.

• My consciousness withdrew Landscape - Francis Malespine

One day I saw a landscape through an open window as I had never seen. Suddenly my consciousness withdrew from the landscape and became the empty window. I was not aware "of" simple but consciousness. I was more "me" but simply "I Am". The landscape seemed nothing that could whisper: "I am looking, it appears to me that this." By becoming the void of the window, I became a strong presence in what was seen, without any trace of trial. Instead of an intense level of quality consciousness of what was observed. In this type of experiment, the "I" who is watching without location, without personal history, no sense of beginning, end, or "time". There is space, emptiness, luminosity. In the book "Be" by Nisargadatta Maharaj, a similar experiment is reported:
Caller: "I see here is something that has no shape or color - the space of this room - and in me, I see a similar space and not the eye that sees it. This does not fall within the "body-mind " .
Maharaj: "Correct. Set yourself to this level, find your true identity there. This space is free as light as air. He has no form, but it is much more subtle and real as air and light. Do not leave this level. No effort is needed to achieve this union with consciousness that occurs spontaneously, but an effort is necessary to achieve the level where you really understand that this happens without effort. "

From this space the world (or out) is simply seen. This consciousness is not connected but intensely present in "name and form." She is experienced as "source-mother" of all forms emerged, and thus fundamentally loving. Pure "I Am" is numinous presence, energy from which, as stated Ramesh Balsekar 'Life IS. " Everything appears and disappears within it.

≈ ≈ ≈ ≈

After this awakening ordinary, even if this state is not stabilized, we feel like " space" in which extends the manifest form of the individual that we are, and as the world. We are witnessing the emergence and disappearance constant the seen, perceived, conceptualized, our identifications (appearance and disappearance of the viewer glued to the film and identified the star). We are starting to become a person, in both senses of that term: to be without me (I am one) and per sonar (sound through). It is then clearly seen that the realization of this impersonal consciousness fully accomplished incarnation leave me empty and free to resonate the Divine.

• The stanzas on the Recognition

You will find on this second site David Dubois The Kashmir Saivism (in addition to Cosmic Cow consult as many of you) some texts translated from Sanskrit. As he said himself, even if such a reading is difficult or laborious at first, it provides more direct access than education or testing "on" Kashmir Saivism. Of course, these translations are only tests. Besides the possible errors, they embody a certain interpretation, subject to change. Despite these shortcomings, there is nothing more valuable to offer, except maybe writing books inspired by the more personal Kashmir Saivism .

Here is a short excerpt from the Devîkâlottara Tantra :

It is said that consciousness accompanied by a sense of "I Am" (Asmita)
Is a partial consciousness (Sakala).
They say the mind devoid of the sense of "I Am"
is omniscient and omnipotent consciousness .

The universe is illuminated by this light,
As in the visualization of the Power .
It is full of knowledge,
Without any reference point (sarva-Alamba-vinirmukta).

It is devoid of the aspect of "I",
It is a light non-dual, pure consciousness,
Root issuance,
Practical (pravartaka) Highest Yoga.

Whether it's wheels, channels,
Mandalas with their seed syllables, their deities and their lotus
Everything colors like a fire, etc..

In addition, all the mantras, concentration,

Nothing should be practicing all this,
If one aspires to issue irrevocable.

Here there is no ceremony of worship or prostration (namaskara)
Neither recitation or visualization.
The object is known (here) absolute .
There is nothing to know (objectively).

Gastritis More Condition_symptoms

• The lover of the Absolute - Francis Lucille

Question: Hello Francis

Some teachers say that enlightenment is an energy transition and that the investigation into the self or meditation do not have the power to release the tension that accompanies the belief of being a separate person. They say that these are avenues that will build up the sense of separation.
What do you think?

Francis Lucille : There are actually several different ways.
Another way is that of Buddha, the direct route, that of the School of Awakening Suddenly, the path Bodhidhama, Hui Neng, Huang Po, Hui Hai Lin Tsi, Wei Wu Wei among others: listening to the Dharma from the mouth of the master, meditation in his presence until the first awakening to "our original face," samadhi which is followed by many others, as many "that 'there are grains of sand on the banks of the Ganges "(Huei Neng).
Each instant recognition our Buddha nature leaves the disciple in a state of openness that allows the release of physical tension associated with ignorance, until the distinction between self and nonself is abolished.
Another way is still the way Christ: "I am" is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one is accessing the Father (the Absolute) unless it is by the "I am." It is the Christian version of the quest for self that leads to the "peace that passeth understanding", a peace in which there is "quiet and we know who" is "." In this peace, all the tensions of the body are released, the body becomes a "glorious body", or a body called "Christ" (that is to say, anointed in ancient Greek) in the light of presence.
Another way is the way of the Sufi, the route of Hallaj, of Rumi, Hafiz, Ibn Arabi, Sheikh Abd el Kader and many others: it is nothing except God.
Allowing the body to dissolve in His Presence, the lover of the Absolute surrenders to his own lack of fragrance.
There are many other ways.
The key that opens them is Love.

Francis

• What you searched is already there - Nirmala

Andrea Young : What would you have for their important say to those who are listening and know that this conversation has something to do with spirituality?

Nirmala: The message is very simple really. Peace, love and the happiness we all seek is already there, constantly. It's always there, at this very moment, before, during and after any research you do. And that's wonderful news because you just relax, you can just stop, just being in the Truth. At the same time, a spiritual seeker, it is very bad news, because when you understand what you searched is already there, you find yourself unemployed.

The "job description" of the ego, is to do nothing, and it's not something that the ego loves to hear. The ego loves this position seeker. It gives it a function. It brings so much beauty, intensity and drama in the life of seeking the Truth. Then realize that it is already there, it is present at every moment, it can be a shock. But at the same time it's really wonderful because you can finally relax, finally you are in truth, you are, who is love.

It would be fairer to say that the source of peace, of love and happiness is always present because she sometimes speaks with a quality of peace, sometimes with a quality of love. It's strange, the source is the source of peace, love, wisdom and happiness is in fact the source of all things. That's what makes the work of researchers even more ridiculous, since you do not need to "pull" the peace of all things that arise. Everything comes from the same source, no need to get rid of anything so that this source of peace be recognized.

Adrea: So would you say that your message is only for spiritual seekers?

Nirmala: No, actually, this message is for everyone, in fact it is a great blessing to have the lucky not to go through the box "spiritual seeker". You do not have to live all this identification and control. If you are lucky enough to hear the truth before you start looking for him, it saves you a lot of problems.

Andrea Is this Truth is not simply being, just the state of Being? Is this not a kind of joke?

Nirmala: Yes it's a wonderful joke, because this state of Being is always present, even before you are looking for. The joke is that the state of being is very ordinary, and the joke is that it is the most natural thing in all of us, and all experience. The source of all things has no quality and yet these qualities of peace, calm, tranquility and love embrace everything that emanates from it. The joke is that it is also present in ordinary moments. This also listens to the news every night on TV. This also brushes his teeth every morning. And it is also what sometimes gets upset after the neighbors. This also leaves the dog. It is present in all these various experiences, these varied emotions, these thoughts. Everything happens and just this presence, this presence vacuum is the source of all things.

Andrea Do you consider, like other teachers, those days are special because of very ordinary people waking up?

Nirmala: Yes, it seems that there are now a greater opportunity to recognize this truth. Recognizing this presence both very ordinary and extraordinary is more easy today, and I do not know at all why it is just what I observe. It happens to spiritual seekers for many years, and also to people who never had the slightest bit of spirituality in them.

• We are intrinsically enlightened - Khyentse Rinpoche Dilgo

The practice of Dzogchen in everyday life

by Khyentse Rinpoche His Holiness Dilgo

The daily practice of Dzogchen is simply develop a complete carefree acceptance, an openness without limit in all situations.

We must realize openness as the playground of our emotions and connect us to people without artificiality, manipulation or strategy.

We should experience everything totally, never to withdraw into ourselves as a marmot hides in its hole. This practice releases tremendous energy which is usually constricted by the process of maintaining fixed reference points. The confinement is the process by which we subtract the direct experience of everyday life.

Being present in the moment may, initially, the trigger fear. But by welcoming the sensation of fear with complete openness, we cut through the barriers created by habitual emotional patterns.

When we engage in the practice discovery of space, we should develop the feeling we open ourselves fully to the entire universe. We should open ourselves with absolute simplicity and nakedness of spirit. It's powerful and ordinary practice of dropping the mask of self-protection.

We should not make a division in our meditation between perception and field of perception. We should not become like a cat watching a mouse. We should realize that the purpose of meditation is not to go "deeply into ourselves" or withdraw from the world. The practice should be free and non-conceptual, unconstrained by introspection and concentration.

Wide unborn space of wisdom is self-luminous base being - the beginning and end of confusion. The presence of consciousness into the primordial state has no bias toward enlightenment or non-enlightenment. This base is known to be as pure or original mind is the source from which all phenomena arise. It is known as a great mother, as the matrix of potentiality in which all things arise and dissolve in natural self-perfection and absolute spontaneity.

All aspects of phenomena are completely clear and free of obfuscation. The entire universe is open and unobstructed - everything interpenetrating.

Seeing all things as naked, clear and free from obscurations, there is nothing to attain or realize. The nature of phenomena appears naturally and is naturally present in the consciousness transcends time. Everything is naturally perfect just as it is. All phenomena appear in their uniqueness as part of the continually changing. These models are vibrant sense and meaning to every moment, yet there is no meaning to attach to such meaning beyond the moment they arise.

is the dance of the five elements in which the material is a symbol of energy and energy a symbol of emptiness. We are a symbol of our own enlightenment. Without any effort or practice, liberation or enlightenment is already here.

The daily practice of Dzogchen is just everyday life itself. Since the undeveloped state does not exist, there is no need to behave in a manner special or try to hit anything above and beyond what you really are. There should be no sense of effort to reach some "amazing goal" or an "advanced stage".

Try to get such a state is a neurosis which only conditions us and serves to obstruct the free flow of spirit. We should also avoid thinking of ourselves as worthless persons - we are naturally free and unconditioned. We are intrinsically enlightened and lack nothing.

By engaging in the practice of meditation, we feel it should be as normal as eating, breathing and defecating. This should not become a special event or formal inflated seriousness and solemnity. We should realize that meditation than exercise, practice, objectives, goals and the duality of liberation and non-release. Meditation is always ideal, and there is no need to correct anything. Since everything that arises is simply the mind game, as such there is no meditation insufficient and no need to judge thoughts as good or bad.

Therefore we should simply sit. Stay simple with your own place in your own condition just as it is. Forget about the feelings of self-awareness, we must not think "I meditate." Our practice should be without effort, without strain, without attempts to control or force and without trying to become "peaceful."

If we find that we disturb one of these ways, we stop meditating and simply remain at rest or we relax for a while. Then we resume our meditation. If we have "interesting experiences" either during or after meditation, we should avoid doing something special. Spend time thinking about experiences is simply a distraction and an attempt to make them become artificial. These experiences are simply signs of practice and should be regarded as transient events. We should not try to re-experience, because doing so only serves to distort the natural spontaneity mind.

All phenomena are completely new and fresh, absolutely unique and totally free of all concepts of past, present and future. They are experienced beyond time (Translator's note: in this case the concept is different from that of eternity).

The continual flow of new discovery , revelation and inspiration which arises at every moment is the manifestation of our clarity. We should learn to see everyday life as mandala - the luminous fringes of experience which radiate spontaneously from the empty nature of our being. Aspects of our mandala are the everyday objects of our life experience moving in a dance or game of the universe. By this symbolism the inner teacher indicates the profound significance and ultimate being. Therefore we should be natural and spontaneous, accepting and learning from everything. This allows us to see the irony and fun events that usually irritate us.

In meditation we can see through the illusion of past, present and future - our experience becomes the continuity of being here and now. The past is only a memory remains in the uncertain present. The future is only a projection of our current designs. The present itself vanishes as soon as we try to grasp it. So why bother to try to establish a solid ground or illusion?

We should free ourselves from our past memories and our preconceptions about meditation. Each moment of meditation is completely unique and full of potential.

In such moments, we will be incapable of judging our meditation in terms of previous experience, theory or dry of empty rhetoric.

Simply plunge straight into meditation at the moment, now, with our whole being, free from hesitation, boredom or the excitation is enlightenment.
