Enlightenment is not an escape from the human condition. Instead, we should live fully human experience, but from a more relaxed perspective.

We no longer need to reach, to become or want the experience to be different from what it is.

What a relief.

Awakening is not different from what is here and now. There is nothing more and nothing less.

awaken to the true self is easy. It only becomes difficult if you think it is.

Your beliefs about different reality to be achieved, are the only obstacles that prevent you from realizing that you are, no matter what you experience.

Your true nature is that which perceives, not what is perceived.

However, there is no separation.

Instead of directing the consciousness to the outside or inside, turn it to itself and discover that you are Consciousness itself.

You are aware of being a body, a self, a vibration or a soul. You are not the body, so the vibration or the soul as you are aware of them. You are aware of them. You are consciousness. Consciousness.

Consciousness is unlimited and not separated from that which is.

Consciousness is the substance in the form of all forms.

Consciousness is Everything.

Consciousness IS.

Consciousness is who you ARE.

You do not form and all forms are made of you, move you.

You are not "the one" who is experiencing the boundless space or transparent clarity of consciousness. You are Consciousness in which "it" is experienced.
